At OTE Sports, we want you to be fully satisfied with your nutrition products, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items. Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed unless they are faulty.

  Ensure your items are unopened, in their original packaging, and within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products to prevent damage during transit and include your order details inside the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
