To maintain maximum freshness and efficacy, store all OTE products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. There is no need for refrigeration unless specified on the individual packaging.

What is the standard shipping time for orders?

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available at checkout for next-day delivery if ordered before 2 PM.

Can I return food or drink items if I change my mind?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on food or drink products once the seal has been broken. If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.

Are your products batch-tested for banned substances?
